Calm, disciplined, safety-first
Freediving here is not an extreme sport — it is training in calm and attention. Every session starts with breathing and relaxation; depth comes from technique, not from pushing. Courses are taught in English and your instructor is in the water with you.
We train in Tallinn, in the pool and in open water, year-round — in winter under the ice, for those who are ready and guided.

Rummu is a guided and conditional experience for trained freedivers: weather, water temperature, visibility and access change, and the final call is made by the guide on site. We do not promise visibility, depth or weather — we promise guiding and a safety process.

Mermaid Sport is coming to Meregrupp this autumn
Technique, movement and underwater confidence — not only a costume. Monofin swimming is a discipline of its own, built on the same calm breathing and water-awareness training the whole academy stands on.
